This Privacy Policy describes how Edculcate India Pvt Ltd (“Edculcate", "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Kwala App mobile application ("App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, and other contact information.

We also automatically collect information about your use of the App, such as your IP address, device information, and usage data.  This may include:

• Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the App, such as your device's unique identifier, operating system, and device settings.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the time spent in the App, and your interactions with the App.
• Log Data: Information automatically logged by the App, such as your IP address, browser type, and referring/exit pages.
• Location Data: We shall need only the district of your residence and no more granular details about the location of your residence. We need the district (and hence the state of residence in India) information for grouping various users based on geographic location as this information is an integral part of the game play.
• Other Anonymous Data: Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be used to directly identify you.
• At the moment, we do not have any integration with Google/Facebook and/or other social media/third-party sign-ins.
• We may use analytics services like Google Analytics and/or others to collect and analyze information about your use of the App. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data.

2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information in the following ways:

Information You Provide Directly: When you create an account, use certain features of the App, contact us for support, or otherwise interact with the App.

Information Collected Automatically: When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information through technologies such as cookies, analytics tools, and device identifiers.

Information from Third-Party Sources: We do not collect any information about you from third-party sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Improve the experience: We may use the data collected to create personalized experiences.

We do not sell your personal information.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
